Bus Tour - Please meet at the platforms at the transportation center.
Ghost Tour - In front of the aquarium; next to the Marriott Hotel.
Is parking available?
There is parking close to our starting location. Street parking is metered and a parking lot is located behind the Newport Marriott for an hourly fee. ​
How long does the tour last?
The bus tour lasts approximately 3 hours which includes an hour to walk around The Elms Mansion.

The ghost tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. We will walk approximately 1.5 miles including up and down hills.

Is the ghost tour scary?
The tour consists of stopping at multiple locations where you will be educated on the history of that location including events of paranormal activity. No one will jump out to scare you!
What happens if it is raining?
The tours will take place in all weather conditions.
If it is raining feel free to bring an umbrella.
